GETTING SETUP
Seven Important Steps
1. Use our Storage estimator to calculate the space you need for the goods you have.
2. Send us an email using the 'Book now' page or call us on 0800 399 786 to confirm the storage space you require
3. Once you have received your quote for storage you can either arrange to meet at a Storage Facility or in our offices on the 8th floor of the Radio Otago House to sign the SSAA Self Storage Agreement, pay $20 bond and a weeks storage in advance.
4. You will be then given a security swipe card which will give you 24/7 access you your storage space.
5. When you know when you'll be finished with your storage space you need to give two weeks notice by either sending us an email or giving us a call.
6. Once you have cleaned out your storage space you can return your swipe card.
7. You will be refunded your bond within five working days of your key being returned. This will allow us time to check your storage space to ensure it is clean.
